The Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can establish strong relationships with community admins across various platforms, including Telegram, Discord, and Reddit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for :

Identifying and engaging with high-potential communities
Effectively communicating the value proposition of our platform and its competitive advantages
Onboarding interested admins to our platform and ensuring they utilize it actively for at least 7 days
Reporting leads and usage via a shared tracker

What You'll Achieve

₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)

5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars)

Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors

Potential to join us in a long-term role or leadership position

Who We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms

Fluent in English — both written and spoken (mandatory)

Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused

Previous experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement is a plus — but not required
