About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and organized Vehicle Condition Inspector to manage day-to-day inspection operations and act as the key liaison between our Israeli management team and the local inspection workforce. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee quality and performance standards across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Coordination : Serve as the main communication bridge between the Israeli management team and the local inspection team.
• Shift Management : Plan, organize, and maintain the daily shift roster for all inspection employees.
• Operational Support : Actively participate in inspection shifts to maintain a hands-on understanding of workflows (Day shifts between 08 : 00–24 : 00).
• Quality Assurance : Monitor inspection processes to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Reporting & Documentation : Review and verify the proper reporting of vehicle defects within the company’s structured information system.
• Training & Mentorship : Facilitate and support training sessions conducted by the Israeli team, including the use of internal systems and basic AI tools.
