We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who can help us expand our client base, forge partnerships, and drive new revenue growth.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Identify and approach potential clients across diverse industries (Tech, Energy, Real Estate, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Pitch The BlackBox Talent ’s unique recruitment and AI-assessment solutions to decision-makers (Founders, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers)
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
  • Negotiate and close deals — you earn a commission for every successful client engagement
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their talent needs and providing value-driven solutions

🌟 What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in Recruitment Sales / HR Tech / B2B Services / Consulting preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong LinkedIn networking and lead-generation capabilities
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — able to work independently and remotely
  • Passion for helping businesses hire smarter, faster, and bette
