Oracle Content Management (OCM) Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OCM Administrator to manage and support Oracle Content management environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configurations, access management, content management, content publishing, asset lifecycle management , and coordination with development teams for headless CMS implementations.

Role : - Enterprise content management

Experience required : - 5-10+ years in ECM platforms

Reports to : - ECM program manager or IT Head

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation, configuration, and support for oracle content management (OCM) or similar ECM platforms.

Define content models, metadata structures and taxonomies as per business needs.

Manage user roles, groups, permission, and access control policies

Design and implement content migration strategies(devàuatàproduction)

• integrate ECM with other system using rest APIs or custom scripts

Ensure ECM platform compliance with organizational standards (GDPR,ISO,e.t.c)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content publishing, access, and system performance

Webcenter core customization (experience in custom components)

Good knowledge in capture and imaging (custom search applications)

Workflow error handling - OCM Custom workflow

Document security (roles / permissions)

Metadata update support

Assist with content check-in / check-out issues

Handling Imaging and Capture (invoice scanning / fax, etc.)

Integration support for integrated apps and users

Incident / Service Request management through ITSM (like ServiceNow)

support disposition activities for legal / information management

Review with Middle ware team / OHS side / Content management side reg vulnerability and patch management for updates from Oracle.

Admin activities like patching , updating, purging (Linux & Windows OS).

Experience in any of below is mandatory -

Skills must have : -

Strong experience with oracle content management (OCM)

Expertise in content modeling, metadata, workflows, and digital asset management

Knowledge of REST API integration

Understanding of compliance standards

Familiarity with oracle cloud infrastructure (OCI) services is preferred

Good problem-solving and communication skills
