Job description

This role focuses on our flagship Perfios Journey Builder platform — a highly configurable, multi-tenant SaaS solution that powers seamless digital onboarding, loan origination, and management, delivering truly cutting-edge financial solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Own end-to-end technical delivery for critical product areas, from design to production
  • Drive architectural vision and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure
  • Take ownership of code quality, performance, and maintainability
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice enforcement
  • Mentor, coach, and upskill engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align business

goals with engineering outcomes

  • Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and bring relevant innovations into the engineering roadmap

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
  • 6-9 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1+ years in a lead / technical leadership role
  • Strong understanding of software data structures, design patterns, and architectural principles
  • Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for creating high-quality products and solving complex problems

    • Good to Have Skills :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with Java and the Spring framework would be a bonus
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, automation)
  • Hands-on experience with databases (Postgres, Mongo, Oracle) and performance optimization
  • Prior experience in FinTech or enterprise-scale SaaS platforms
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active engagement in the developer community
