What you’ll do :

Create and maintain high-quality user guides, manuals, and technical documentation for enterprise software products

Break down complex technical concepts into content that’s easy to follow

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer teams to gather information and align on documentation needs

Interact with enterprise customers to understand real-world use cases and tailor content accordingly

What you bring :

Experience writing for enterprise software or SaaS platforms

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Ability to grasp and explain complex workflows clearly

A collaborative mindset and attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
