About The Role

As a Junior Designer, you’ll primarily work on ad creatives (Meta, , Google), landing pages, and sometimes internal marketing works. This is your chance to learn from experienced designers, refine your skills, and build a solid foundation for growing into a mid-weight digital designer.

If you’re someone who hates delivering mediocre output and thrives in collaborative environments, this could be the perfect role for you!

📌 Requirements :

  • A background in digital design with 1-3 years of experience. (If you are a fresher and you think you can crack it, You got our attention!!)
  • Experience with design software (preferably Figma and Adobe Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong time management skills

    • ⭐ Bonus Points For :

  • 2D Motion design experience
  • Someone who can work well with AI.
  • B2B SaaS Advertising / Agency experience

    We're looking to pay INR 6-7.2 LPA, other than that the following is also given separately :

    • Other Information :

  • Work timings : The entire team works between 11 AM & 6 PM IST. Apart from that, as long as you're meeting deadlines, you can work whenever you'd like. There may be occasional exceptions when clients in the US are involved.
  • You will be asked to set realistic deadlines for your work and deliver it then.
  • You will be trained on marketing strategy and across all the marketing channels to help you collaborate better and work with the team.
