- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency in achieving set targets.
Business Development & Conversion Targets :
Drive and achieve a minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhibit orders for tooling in the Southern region.Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion ratios through customer engagement and technical support.Technical Support :
Provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling products to address customer requirements.Troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer Communication & Relationship Building :Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers for all technical correspondence.Build and sustain strong rapport with clients across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and the Northern region.Sales Reporting & MIS :
