Job description1–2 years of experience in maritime / ship management recruitment or HR operations. Strong understanding of seafarer documentation and rank structure. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets. Ability to work independently with accountability.
Role (you will) :
- Source, screen, and engage seafarers and shore-based professionals for ship management roles.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews with technical and crewing departments.
- Manage onboarding documents, verification, and compliance records (STCW, CoC, CDC, etc.).
- Liaise with manning agents, training centers, and internal teams for timely placements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment drives (digital campaigns, maritime events).
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports using Excel / Google Sheets or ATS tools.
