Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling : Initiate outbound calls to potential MFDs / clients to introduce mutual fund products and services. Utilize lead lists, databases, and other resources to drive business parameters such as activation, SIPs, and Lumpsum investments. Facilitate onboarding of MFDs and KYC completion.
- Product Presentation : Present detailed information on mutual fund products, including features, benefits, and performance. Help clients understand investment options in line with their financial goals.
- Objection Handling : Address and resolve concerns related to mutual fund investments, fees, and risks. Provide accurate, transparent information to build trust with MFDs.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with MFDs by providing ongoing support, guidance, and personalized advice. Share market updates, performance reports, and other relevant information to help clients make informed investment decisions.
