Position : UX Researcher

As a Sr UX researcher, you'll play a critical role in enhancing user experience through the strategic use of data and research insights. You will collaborate closely with the UX team and cross-functional partners, embedding a rigorous research perspective into strategic decisions that drive both user and business value. we are looking for :

5+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience

BA / Any degree in a relevant discipline

Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods

Experience writing reports and internal communications

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team

Experience with agile process and delivery models

A rigorous approach to documentation and organization

Tools : Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout, Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, Maze
