This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with engineers, project managers, and technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals across cloud, data, cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, and infrastructure roles.
• Use , job boards, AI-driven recruiting tools, and internal databases to find qualified candidates.
• Conduct outreach messages, cold emails, and screening calls.
• Present candidates to clients with clear summaries and strong communication.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and hiring schedules.
• Build relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing communication.
