Strong domain knowledge of FMCG / CPG industry practices. Experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder engagements. Hands-on experience with configuration of TPM / RGM systems. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Experience with leading TPM / RGM platforms (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.). Certification in relevant consulting or project management methodologies is a plus.

About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) within the FMCG / CPG domain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in solution advisory, workshop facilitation, and configuration of business processes, helping clients optimize planning and execution strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a solution advisor to clients in the FMCG / CPG space, focusing on TPM / RGM strategies.
- Lead and facilitate business workshops to gather requirements and define functional solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure TPM / RGM solutions.
- Drive planning and execution of business transformation initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
