Job Description : We are seeking a

Salesforce Data Migration Expert

with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and validating data migration from legacy systems or other CRMs into Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce data models, ETL tools, and best practices for ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and execute end-to-end data migration strategy for Salesforce implementations.

Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools like Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Data Loader, or Data Import Wizard.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to map legacy data to Salesforce objects and fields.

Validate data accuracy through data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation.

Manage large datasets, ensure data integrity and performance optimization.

Support cutover and go-live activities including mock migrations and data validation.

Document data migration procedures, mappings, and validation reports.
