Job Description :
National Manager- Enterprise Risk will play a pivotal role in strengthening the Bank’s enterprise-wide risk management framework.
Drive identification, assessment, and monitoring of strategic risks, including competitive, geopolitical, and technological risks impacting the bank’s medium-to-long-term business model.
Lead benchmarking of the bank’s balance sheet against domestic and international peers on capital, liquidity, and leverage metrics.
To drive a research-based approach in identifying and managing emerging risks, macro-economic linkages and design proof of concepts which can culminate into policy advocacy.
Knowledge of RBI polices / guidelines relevant to SFBs / Banks governance, and escalation mechanisms.
Track adherence to RAS thresholds and report deviations to the CRO / Board Risk Committee
Prepare the ICAAP document covering the severity and posture levels of all material risks including pillar II risks such as concentration risks, Reputational Risks, Strategic Risks and compliance risk.
Provide independent oversight of model risk, including validation of credit, market, ALM, stress testing, and climate / ESG models.
Mentor and develop the enterprise risk team, building capabilities in analytics, risk reporting, and regulatory engagement .
Knowledge of RBI polices / guidelines relevant to SFBs / Banks.
Good understanding of Risk Management principles & thorough understanding of the evolving practices for the management of various risks and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate :
At least 15 years of experience in Risk Management from an Indian Nationalized Bank / Indian Private Sector Bank / Large NBFCs within India.
MBA in Finance or Risk management / Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / Cost and Management Accountant.
