Lead / Manager - Java Production Support

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Production Support : You'll be a Java Production Support Lead / Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Java / J2EE. Experience in production support is mandatory, and you must be ready to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support.
• Technical Skills : The role requires strong skills in Core Java , Spring frameworks , and RestFul Web services . You must have in-depth experience with monitoring tools like Splunk , Dynatrace , or others listed.
• Problem Management : Your responsibilities will include handling production tickets and issues, preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents, and reviewing impact analyses.
• Support Levels : You should be well-versed in both L2 and L3 support activities.
