Operations Manager

We’re Hiring : Manager – Operations (Apparel / Knitwear Manufacturing) Location : Faridabad | Immediate Joiner Preferred

Salary : 7- 9 LPA Max

We’re looking for a technically sound and dynamic professional to lead end-to-end operations at our knitwear manufacturing unit in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving production efficiency while maintaining top-notch quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all departments – Cutting, Processing, Stitching, and Finishing

Ensure timely production and delivery as per buyer timelines

Maintain and enforce all SOPs, quality, and inspection procedures

Coordinate closely with teams to achieve daily and monthly production targets

Drive process efficiency and ensure compliance with international quality standards

Requirements :

✅ 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within a knitwear or apparel manufacturing unit

✅ Strong leadership skills and the ability to perform under tight timelines

✅ A go-getter attitude with hands-on experience managing floor operations

✅ Must have own conveyance and reside near Faridabad

✅ Immediate joiner preferred
