Are you passionate about building intelligent enterprise automation with Moveworks?

We’re looking for an Agentic AI Engineer who can take full ownership of implementing, configuring, and operating Moveworks at scale — driving real impact across ticket deflection, MTTR reduction, and customer satisfaction.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end Moveworks implementation and operations
• Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow, Jira, Slack / Teams, SSO, HRIS , and other enterprise systems
• Curate knowledge sources and fine-tune models for optimal performance
• Drive conversational analytics , guardrails, and runtime governance
• Contribute to our agentic AI stack for multi-agent orchestration and evaluation
