Must-Have :

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
• Good knowledge of Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, community implementation and clinical documentation.
• Strong knowledge in Life Sciences Cloud, a unified platform that integrates data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.
• Good knowledge of Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance (Einstein Trust Layer), Data Cloud for seamless real-time data integration, and a suite of established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.
• Cloud Computing : Understanding cloud technologies, architecture, and best practices.
• Data Modelling and Governance : Experience with designing and managing data structures, metadata, and data governance policies.
• Application Development : Knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.
• Integration : Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Communication and Collaboration : Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.
