Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Consultant - Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Max Healthcare, located in Delhi, India. The Associate Consultant will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Day-to-day tasks include performing surgical procedures, pre-operative and post-operative consultations, patient follow-ups, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. In addition, the role involves contributing to departmental meetings, participating in research activities, and ensuring compliance with medical regulations and protocols. Qualifications and Skills M.Ch / DrNB (Plastic Surgery) with experience upto 2 years post superspecialisation with : - Expertise in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery techniques and procedures Excellent patient care and consultation skills Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Proficiency in clinical research and medical documentation Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Relevant medical degree and board certification in Plastic Surgery Experience in a hospital or clinical setting
