Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer support and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties, providing patient and empathetic support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support / helpdesk role with direct customer-facing responsibilities
  • Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, analytical approach to issue resolution
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to owning tasks through to completion
