Job Summary : The HR ABAP Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom SAP ABAP solutions within the HR module. This role involves collaborating with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and implement custom SAP ABAP applications, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of HR solutions.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and provide technical documentation and support.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards.
• Manage all design aspects of SAP HR module configuration and reporting, including translating business requirements into functional designs.
• Configure business objects, methods, containers, triggering events, and strategies for role resolution.
• Maintain HR org structure and info types.
