For Appointment Setters and Lead Generation Specialists to generate qualified sales appointments for a fast-growing building products company.

A permanent full-time role within a supportive team-focused environment offering remote work flexibility.

  • Requires : Proven experience in lead qualification and appointment setting, essential knowledge of building products, and strong communication skills.
  • Salary guide : $60,000 to $70,000 per annum.
  • Location : south-western suburbs of Sydney.

Your normal day will involve :

  • Making outbound calls to targeted prospects from provided lists and self-sourced leads.
  • Qualifying leads by understanding project needs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Securing appointments with decision-makers such as strata managers, builders, architects, and property managers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Following up with potential clients after marketing campaigns or events to nurture leads.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, targeting, and messaging.
  • This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the growth of a reputable player within the building products industry. You'll engage with key clients including property developers, renovation companies, and architectural firms, making an impactful contribution by enhancing the sales pipeline and driving business growth.
