Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with client handling experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on sourcing skills and a solid understanding of IT recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical positions.
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to ensure smooth coordination.
• Take initiative and go the extra mile to ensure timely closures of open positions.
