Product Manager - Customer Engagement Channel (HNI / UHNI)
Job Summary
This is a Senior Leadership position for a Product Manager focused on Customer Engagement Channels for the High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individual (UHNI) segment within the Asset Management / Financial Services industry. The role requires 6 -10 years of relevant experience and demands Strategic Thinking and exceptional Communication Skills. The Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and managing engagement platforms, tools, and programs designed to deepen customer relationships, enhance digital engagement, and drive product adoption across the premium investor ecosystem.
Key Engagement Strategy :
Product & Platform Develop and manage digital platforms, apps, and tools specifically designed to enhance the HNI investor experience (e.g., portfolio dashboards, advisory tools, digital onboarding solutions).
Sales & Distribution Partner with HNI sales and relationship management teams to provide actionable product insights, necessary tools, and compelling engagement content.
Insights & Use advanced data analytics and customer insights to identify behavioral patterns and design targeted, personalized engagement campaigns.
Marketing & Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns, digital content, and exclusive engagement programs for premium investors.
Compliance & Ensure all communication and product engagement initiatives adhere strictly to SEBI, AMFI, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Work Level & Leadership : Senior Leadership experience with a focus on Strategic Thinking and effective Allocation of Resources.
Core Competency : Must be Result Driven, highly Organised, and possess excellent Communication Skills.
Product Expertise : Demonstrated experience as a Product Head / Product Manager within the Wealth Management space.
Wealth Products : Strong knowledge of wealth products, including Mutual Fund sales, PMS, Portfolio Construction, Portfolio Management, and AIF (Alternate Investment Fund).
Client Segment : Extensive experience understanding and servicing Ultra HNI and HNI client segments.
Compliance : Familiarity with certifications / regulations like NISM and AMFI is highly advantageous.
