About the Role : WeCredit is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute end to-end marketing initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate should possess a well rounded understanding of modern marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO / SEM, social media management, content creation, and campaign execution (SMS / RCS). Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize SEO / SEM to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Plan and execute targeted SMS / RCS marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Oversee and manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and relevant content - blogs, landing pages, emailers, etc.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across campaigns and platforms.
- Coordinate with design and product teams for marketing assets, creatives, and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor activity.
Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fintech or startup environment.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.Proven track record in managing SEO / SEM, social media strategies, and content marketing.Experience with SMS / RCS campaign tools and customer segmentation.Excellent communication and writing skills. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaboration.Preferred :
