Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Intern at Unicommerce, you will assist the sales team in achieving goals, learn sales workflow, and gain exposure to SaaS / e‑commerce operations. Specific tasks may include :
Researching potential clients and market segments to build leads.
Reaching out to leads via phone / email / other outreach methods.
Assisting in the preparation of sales materials : proposals, presentations, pitch decks.
Updating and maintaining CRM / sales records to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities.
Participating in sales meetings, shadowing senior sales reps to learn techniques and processes.
Cross Functional coordination for inputs needed for client proposals.
Possibly helping with follow‑ups, scheduling demos, and tracking prospects through the funnel.
Analyzing competitor offerings, market trends, helping with data / reports to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales and business development.
Good communication skills — both verbal & written.
Comfortable working with basic tools : Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, maybe Google Sheets / Docs.
Proactive attitude; willingness to take initiative.
Basic understanding of SaaS / e‑commerce / supply chain is a plus but not mandatory.
