Job descriptionSupport onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition and Contribute to performance management activities, including goal-setting, feedback Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to track key metrics such as headcount, Collaborate with HRBPs and business teams to understand organizational needs and Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments. Contribute to organizational initiatives such as talent reviews, learning programs, and Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and Support recruitment and hiring processes, including coordination, screening, and Graduate, OR, a Post graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with HR Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus.

We are seeking a proactive and analytical HRBP Contractor to join our People & Culture
team in Hyderabad. This contract role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn
how HR supports business success, enjoy solving people-related challenges, and want
hands-on experience across core HR functions — including hiring, onboarding, performance
management, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
