Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements, prepare briefs, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with design, creative, and production teams to meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication.
- Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and brand quality standards.
- Handle documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational coordination.
- Assist the management team in business development and client presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Client Coordinator or in a similar client-facing role.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Skills : deliverables,briefs,communication,project,client requirements
