综述 :

He / she need to take care of IMS system, including internal / external audits, QN tracking, audit action item closing. Online Data update, Timely revisin and tracking of SOP. Coordination with cross functional for the full filling the management system requirements, Including ISO / IATF / IKEA / EHS.

Responsibilities 职责 :

Major Roles & Responsibilities

1. Maintain the Laboratory’s Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, MOC and other quality documents. sible for coordinating the proficiency tests, Gage R&R study, and monitoring Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart, and taking any corrective & preventative actions. 3. Responsibility for maintaining the safety, quality (including adequate monitoring), training, and calibrations of equipment. In case of an instrument failure, the Equipment / Testing , arranges the repair with internal or external technical supports and ensures the repair is performed to meet the Celanese quality and safety guidelines.

4. Act as a prime technical contact and responsible and authorized issuing of Quailty reports (COA,TDS,SDS, ,Ensures accurate review, reporting and release of laboratory data and timely completion of tests.

5. Ensures the QMS ,IATF,GRS,IKEA Quality requirement.

6. Data analysis of RM Supplier, qualification and defect rate with corrective action

7. Participation in GLE ( Global Lab Excellence)Meeting for collaboratio &Networking ,Harmonized vision &Startegy ,Knowledge sharing ,Globally agigned method ,results and quality

Qualifications 要求 :

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Plastic Processing / Material Science. Diploma in Plastic.
