1. Job Summary / Purpose
- . Role involves achieving financial targets by boosting sales in assigned territory.
- . The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining good relations with all external & internal customers.
- . To ensure regular customer visits as per defined norms or more frequently if required.
- . Achieve territorial sales target & profitability through execution of marketing strategies & tactics.
- . Plan and implement promotional activities at customer level.
- . Maintain a detailed record of customer accounts (incl. key opinion leaders, Key personnel in Retail & Institutions) as per defined norms or requirements.
- . Ensure timely submission of reports to manager.
2. Responsibilities
. To achieve sales target & profitability through execution of marketing strategies & tactics.. Maintenance of Customer database.. Analyze sales trends in territory and take corrective action wherever necessary.. Plan and implement promotional activities at customer level.. Identify tender / rate contract opportunities in Public sector and follow up for conversion.. To attend conferences, participate in special events and do product presentations as per requirement.. Attain territorial sales goals & boost profitability by implementing marketing approaches & methods.3. Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science / Pharmacy
Experience : 5 years of relevant experience
Travel Requirements : 80-100%
