Lead Software Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Platform) who can build, design, and scale AgenticAI systems, while also leading projects and engaging directly with customers. If you love solving tough / hard problems at scale, architecting modern distributed systems, and guiding teams to deliver impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of complex AgenticAI Platform / systems and applications using FastAPI, Node.js, and other modern frameworks.
• Drive system design and architecture decisions for highly scalable, distributed platforms.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure, integrating streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Work across cloud environments (AWS and Azure), leveraging ECS, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Design and optimize databases, with strong focus on Postgres and vector databases such as Weaviate for search and AI-driven applications.
• Develop agentic infrastructure and tooling for next-gen AI workflows.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of best practices in code quality, testing, CI / CD, observability, and scalability.
