Job Description

We are looking for a motivated

Cold Outreach Specialist

who can generate qualified leads and appointments through

Instagram ,

LinkedIn ,

WhatsApp , and

Email .

This is a ( commission-only role)

perfect for someone confident in their ability to bring results and earn high payouts per closed client.

1. Outreach Execution

Send personalized cold messages on

Instagram DMs ,

LinkedIn ,

WhatsApp , and

Email .

Follow provided scripts and frameworks while still sounding natural and human.

Track and manage replies, follow-ups, and lead status.

2. Lead Qualification

Identify ideal prospects based on given criteria.

Pre-qualify leads before passing them to the founder / team.

Ask relevant probing questions to understand needs.

3. CRM & Tracking

Maintain accurate tracking of conversations in Google Sheets / CRM.

Update statuses daily (contacted, replied, follow-up, booked call, closed, etc.).

Ensure no lead is missed or duplicated

4. Follow-up Management

Execute structured follow-up sequences.

Handle objections and re-engage cold leads professionally.

5. Research

Find verified emails & profiles of founders, CEOs, and decision-makers.

Research each profile to craft a more personalized first touch.

Requirements

Proven experience in cold outreach or appointment setting.

Strong written English communication skills.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and email tools.

Ability to write short, crisp, compelling messages.

Basic understanding of lead generation, funnels, and objections.

Ability to manage multiple platforms and conversations simultaneously.

Reliable, disciplined, and highly organized.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

Experience using tools like Instantly, Apollo, Clay, CRM systems, Zapier, Make, etc.

Knowledge of SaaS, EdTech, HealthTech, FinTech industries.

Ability to handle warm leads and schedule calls.

Basic content writing for personalized DMs.
