Business Development Executive

We’re hiring a  Business Development / Sales Executive  at  Platestory  (Anna Nagar, Chennai).

If you love meeting people, closing deals, and turning celebrations into “wow” moments, you’ll love this role.

CTC (Base + Incentive + Benefits) : ₹3.5L–₹5.4L

(Base : ₹2.4L–₹3.6L; strong growth path)

Shifts :  Morning & Evening (rotational)

You’ll do :

Convert inbound enquiries into delighted, paying customers

Drive outbound : prospect and follow up via calls / WhatsApp / DMs, local outreach, and partner tie-ups (corporates, planners, housing communities)

Guide clients on flavours, designs, and budgets for custom cakes

Manage store walk-ins, follow-ups, and daily sales targets

Coordinate smooth production & on-time deliveries with ops

You are :

Sharp, warm, and accountable (premium brand energy)

Great on WhatsApp, calls & in-person conversations

Target-oriented with neat documentation habits
