We are seeking a Regional Alliance Manager for the Western region of India with 5-10 years of experience in the job market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances with partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and develop strategic partnerships with potential partners in the Western region of India.
- Manage existing partnerships and ensure that they are delivering on agreed-upon targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint value propositions, marketing plans and sales strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on partnership performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and manage any potential conflicts.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.5-10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales in the Western region of India.Proven track record in developing and managing partnerships that have resulted in business growth and achievement of sales targets.Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Willingness to travel within the Western region of India.Skills Required
