Senior Managers, Operations Managers, and Regional Managers

to

lead business initiatives, drive innovation, and scale operations.

What You’ll Do

Own and scale

AI, IT services, SAAS products business verticals.

Translate the company’s

strategic vision into measurable KPIs.

Build and mentor

technology, delivery, and business teams

to achieve excellence.

Drive

revenue growth and manage P&L responsibilities

for assigned verticals.

Work with senior management to

launch new business initiatives

in AI & cybersecurity.

Represent Rubixe with clients, ensuring

world-class delivery and customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience

in IT services, technology solutions, or consulting.

Proven track record in

scaling operations, managing teams, and delivering results.

MBA preferred

but not mandatory; strong

business acumen and leadership skills.

Passion for

AI, Analytics and digital transformation .

Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Willingness to

travel nationally and internationally

as needed.
