The Caretaker / Aaya / Male Attendant will provide personalized care and support to patients or elderly individuals at their homes. The role focuses on ensuring comfort, hygiene, safety, and emotional support for the patient while assisting with their daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Personal Care :

2. Assist the patient with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

3. Help in maintaining personal hygiene and oral care.

4. Support mobility — help the patient walk, move, or change positions safely.

5. Provide bed care for bedridden patients, including sponge baths and changing positions to prevent bedsores.

6. Health & Safety Support :

7. Administer oral medications or remind patients to take prescribed medicines (as per instruction).

8. Monitor and report any changes in the patient's health or behavior to the supervisor or family.

9. Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for the patient.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Minimum qualification : 10th pass or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in home healthcare, patient care, or elderly care preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, patient handling, and personal care.
• Physically fit, punctual, honest, and compassionate.
