Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Counsel prospective students on program offerings, career outcomes, and training benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business generation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve offerings and customer experience.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and learners.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Malayalam).Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.Prior experience in sales, education consulting, or business development preferred.What We Offer
