Your Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections across various grades of castings, forgings, and fabricated components
• Supervise steel fabrication , pipe systems, and fittings in alignment with international standards (DIN, EN, ISO, ASME)
• Prepare, review, and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) , and Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIPs)
• Review and manage supplier quality documents and inspection calls using digital tools
• Identify and document nonconformities; drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement 8D corrective actions
• Plan and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and suppliers
• Participate in lean initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality
• Engage in supplier audits , performance monitoring, and new supplier development
• Host client witness inspections at supplier and Siemens sites
• Promote EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance and foster a collaborative shop floor environment
