Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Recruiter role located in India The Junior Recruiter will assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Daily tasks include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. The Junior Recruiter will also support various administrative functions, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining recruitment databases.

Qualifications

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and resume databases

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications

Knowledge of sourcing techniques and various recruitment platforms

Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations

Relevant experience or educational background in Human Resources or a related field

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
