Role Overview :
As an Aiwozo IT Support Engineer – Automation Monitoring, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of Aiwozo automation bots and scheduled jobs across multiple environments. You will be responsible for monitoring bot performance, identifying failures, analyzing logs, and performing basic troubleshooting to maintain uninterrupted
operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, willingness to work in rotational shifts, and the ability to quickly identify and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities :
∙Monitor automation bots and scheduled jobs during weekends and assigned shifts to ensure seamless execution.
∙Track job execution status, identify failures, and report abnormalities promptly.
∙Perform basic troubleshooting for bot execution issues and system-related errors.
∙Analyze execution logs to detect issues and assist in initial root-cause identification.
∙Escalate unresolved or critical issues to senior engineers or L2 / L3 support teams.
∙Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system performance updates.
∙Communicate job status and incident updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
∙Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience :
∙Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
∙Basic computer skills, including understanding of operating systems and applications.
∙Ability to analyze logs and identify failures or anomalies.
∙Basic troubleshooting skills for system or process execution issues.
∙Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving orientation.
∙Good communication skills and ability to follow structured procedures.
Preferred Experience :
∙Exposure to automation tools or job monitoring platforms (good to have, not mandatory).
∙Familiarity with ticketing or incident management systems.
∙Willingness to learn automation concepts and monitoring best practices.

∙ Rotational Shifts (Day / Night)
∙ Working Days : Wednesday to Sunday
∙ Weekly Off : Monday & Tuesday
