Job description

Job Description : Requirements :

  • Domain knowledge of automotive / defence vehicle systems, preferably ATVs.
  • In-depth understanding of ATV subsystems such as powertrain, chassis, suspension, braking, steering, transmission, electrical & electronic systems.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and safety requirements related to defence vehicles.
  • Understanding of user requirements and ability to translate them into technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documents such as operation manuals, service manuals, and maintenance guides.
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills with the ability to write for international defence / automotive clients.
  • Knowledge of documentation tools, technical writing software, and basic CAD / graphics tools for vehicle drawings / illustrations.

Expected Deliverables :

Preparation of technical documentation for ATVs including :

  • System / Project Plans (Engineering, Quality, Data, Risk).
  • Design Reports & Configuration Documents.
  • Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Troubleshooting Guides, Spare Parts & BOM.
  • Test Documents (ATP, QTP, Trial Plans, Failure / Closure Reports).
  • Safety, Hazard, Reliability, and Compliance Reports.
  • Manufacturing / Processing Methods, ToT Documents, Policies & Guidelines.

    • Tool Expertise

  • OS : Windows, Linux / Unix, Ubuntu.
  • Tools : MS Office, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, LaTeX.
  • Design : AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CorelDraw.
  • Project Management : MS Project or equivalent.

    • Experience : 4-8 Years

    Notice Period : 0-60 days
