Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AR Caller - AR Analyst - Credentialing Analyst based in Chennai, with the flexibility for some work from home. Responsibilities include managing account receivables by making calls to insurance companies and other stakeholders, analyzing accounts to ensure timely payments, addressing reimbursement issues, following up on overdue accounts, and handling credentialing requirements. The role requires effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to resolve claims and credentialing queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR Calling and AR analysis, including handling insurance claims and account follow-ups.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and related documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and payment discrepancies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders professionally.
• Proven ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Organizational and time management skills for effective workload prioritization.
• Familiarity with medical billing systems and healthcare industry processes is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Finance, Healthcare, or related fields is preferred.
