Job Criteria : -
- Proficiency In Hindi, English
- Good domain Knowledge
- 2-4 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre environment handling international voice process.
- Experience is mandatory
- Should have fluency in spoken (English & Hindi) and written language skills (English) with an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
- Skill Set required : Problem Solving, customer service mindset, ownership, and conflict resolution skill
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle escalated issues from other teams and resolve them efficiently.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer queries and concerns.Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.Flexible to work in all the shifts (Should be willing to work for the customer without having constraints to timings / shifts).Skills Required
