Role Overview

As our Senior Web Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design of high-impact websites. You won’t just be placing pixels — you’ll own the user experience, define design flows, and collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, and development teams to produce digital work that drives results. This is a high-ownership role for someone who blends creativity with analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Own the UX / UI design process from discovery to delivery across multiple web projects.

Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI designs optimized for conversion.

Work closely with strategists and developers to ensure your designs are implemented with excellence.

Conduct UX research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

Maintain design systems and ensure brand consistency across projects.

Continuously optimize existing websites based on performance data and user feedback.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience designing conversion-driven websites (preferably in SaaS / startups).

Proven portfolio showcasing UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and responsive websites.

Mastery of hierarchy, white space, typography, and call-to-action psychology.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Strong knowledge of tools like Figma, Webflow, Adobe XD, etc.

Bonus : experience collaborating with developers and marketing teams.
