Job descriptionCoordinate makeup artists, photographers, videographers, stylists, and editors. Handle shoot logistics, concept development, props, and scheduling. Should have a basic sense of phone shooting for reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes clips. Ensure high-quality yet timely execution of all creative deliverables. Manage brand collaborations, barter deals, and gifting programs. Coordinate influencer tie-ups, PR invites, and campaign execution. Keep trackers for all partnerships, content deadlines, and deliverables. Manage Sugandha's WhatsApp (Business + Brand) for outreach, updates, and coordination. Send broadcast promotions for videos, campaigns, and live events. Communicate clearly and gracefully with brands, agencies, and event partners. Assist in managing upcoming app content, user communication, and promotions. Support Sugandha's live events, motivational talks, and brand appearances. Handle logistics, travel arrangements, and event content coverage. OK to travel when needed (not daily, only for key shoots or events). Coordinate with politicians, dignitaries, and high-profile guests during events or collaborations. Ensure professional communication, warmth, and confidentiality while handling such interactions. Manage guest listing, confirmations, arrival coordination, and on-ground hospitality. Represent Sugandha's brand presence with poise, grace, and confidence. Based in Raipur, available full-time (not remote). Experienced in social media management, event coordination, or PR. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi — polished, respectful, and adaptable. Has a natural sense of style, aesthetics, and composure around high-profile personalities. Capable of multitasking — from handling phone shoots to managing guest lists. Tools : Canva, CapCut, Instagram Business Suite, Google Drive, YouTube Studio. Trustworthy, emotionally intelligent, and dependable — can represent Sugandha with dignity and discretion.

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, confident, and highly organized individual to work directly with Sugandha Kedia, managing her complete social media, app initiatives, guest coordination, and stage presence.
The role involves growing her personal brand across platforms while ensuring smooth coordination with guests, collaborators, and media teams.
You'll be the connecting bridge between content, people, and presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Growth & Strategy
- Manage and grow Instagram, YouTube, and app presence for Sugandha Kedia.
- Research trends, hooks, and concepts that drive organic growth and engagement.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar covering reels, stories, and key updates.
- Track insights and recommend strategies for improved visibility.
