We’re hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Fullstack Developer to join a product-focused engineering team building real-world applications at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build robust backend features using Ruby on Rails , PostgreSQL , Sidekiq , and Redis
• Own full-stack feature delivery, including frontend components (Hotwire or React)
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in sprints
• Write clean, testable code using RSpec or Minitest
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment planning
