Profile- Full Stack Developer

Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience - 3-5 yrs

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong foundations in frontend, backend, and database systems, and is comfortable designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work across the stack—from crafting smooth user interfaces to designing robust APIs and optimizing

databases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and database layers.
Build responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Work with SQL & NoSQL databases to model and query structured and unstructured data.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile environment.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and automation workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).

Solid backend experience in Node.js, Express, Django, or similar frameworks.

Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and understanding of NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

Understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).

Experience designing database schemas and working with indexes / queries.

Familiarity with system design concepts (scalability, caching, message queues, real-time communication).

Knowledge of Git, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of DevOps practices
