Head of Growth - Equity Based Role

The Role :

We're looking for a Head of Growth who's not just hunting for a job but wants to build, grow, and own something meaningful from the ground up. This role is initially remote-friendly with an equity-based structure and commission for the first 3 months , leading to a permanent position based on performance.

As our Head of Growth, you'll :

• Design and execute creative, high-impact growth strategies
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue through innovative techniques
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to hit ambitious goals
• Implement growth hacking and performance marketing strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and scale operations efficiently
• Be part of shaping the direction and culture of a young, ambitious company

Who You Are :

• Passionate about building something bigger than just a paycheck
• Skilled in growth marketing, sales, and business development
• Analytical and data-driven but also creative and scrappy
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's in Business / Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in business consulting or startups is a bonus
