US IT Recruiter

Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)

Salary Range : ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that requires strong expertise in the US IT recruitment process, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates—especially with TCS . You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines of IT professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
• Handle job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
